What do you think will happen with the prices for apartments in Batumi in the future? Will they grow or will they go down? Although the area is new and promising, I would like something closer to the center. Of course, the construction company guarantees that this will not in any way affect the quality of the construction site and the deadlines for delivery, but still, it is somehow incomprehensible. Yes, and the repair will have to be postponed, since prices are already biting. In general, we are faced with a choice and do not know what to do.
